Dude… I found your channel about two weeks ago and watch nearly every video you have. I am STUNNED to see your transformation from that goofy garage triathlon to now. That is so sick. I’ve training for my first full (IM Alaska next Aug) right now. Also my PB rubiks is sub 90s, but that was like 9 years ago.
Great job Simon you're very motivational for me! I was wondering what triathletes eat during the race. Is it mostly sports gel or do you eat hard stuff like granola bars? Keep up the amazing content!
I may still need a little of advice on that myself but doing more races, you’ll learn. It’s whatever works for you. I had tailwind sports mix, powerbar gels, and Maurten granola bars mainly
