Especially when they finish early !! Which is almost everyday ! You would think the guys would take the initiative on their own to do just that ! What really gets me is when they leave the big pile of concrete on the form truck till the next day instead of taking it off the same day !

The guys need to be cleaning off the trucks and putting stuff on chargers etc when they get back to the yard every single day. Checking supplies and tools to make sure they have everything they need for the following morning. Ryan needs to put this into place. They just leave everything as is with a "I'll deal with it later" mentality which will leave you with dead batteries and problems that aren't easy to solve at 6am.

@@looniebinn Yea, the lack of prep for the next morning is amazing. Especially since the same issues happen over and over and over!

All i got from Bugz lately was he is an ungrateful quitter. Ryan did alot for him and Bugz worked hard and then jsujt quit on him

Being the most proficient person on the crew doesn’t mean anything if you have the worst attitude. Fighting with other guys and nobody wants to be around is cancerous to a team.

I work in tech and am addicted to this channel.

I’ve always used bagged concrete, but last summer I had a one yard pour in my back yard, so I ordered from the local supplier, thinking “no wheel barrow mixing, great!” The load was so hot, I couldn’t even screed the walkway before it started settling up. Of the entire walk, I was only able to properly finish about two square yards. What a disaster! I plan on patching, grinding, and overlaying most of the walkway. If I ever pour again, I’ll use bagged goods.

@@ItzMzJulez2U Yep agree. Was harsh towards Bugs on the shed building given Bugs is not a carpenter. And the double standards that Ryan has at times, with fooling around to make content, but then getting angry with the crew for what he perceives as lazy. It is mixed messages at best. I think Bugs just wanted to do concrete, do a good job, and go home. You will be missed Bugs.

Buggs really was great, I find it very interesting that he was not happy at Victory. Would never pry at it, but it would be interesting to hear Buggs sit down and 'splain it all in his own terms at some point in time.

Yes, he was always on time and did what needed to be done without someone riding him. I will miss him, but he was unhappy and I wish him nothing but the best. And Jade.

Being on time is nothing compared to showing up with a smile on your face. If a guys was 5 minutes late everyday but his smile and energy is is amazing you can’t help but feel better

@@NedPlanter wrong, each boss has a different viewpoint. We've already heard Ryan state that bugs is always complaining about the work itself and that he's sick of hearing it. Nobody else on that crew complains, whether you think they are skilled workers or not is not the point.

I have worked construction my whole life. These guys have no clue how good they have it. They barely work eight hours and make great money because Ryan is just awesome. They work hard, but most construction workers work hard every day for 10 hours no matter what.

Only getting bits and pieces of the story, and only from one side, makes the situation hard to completely understand. So really all there is to do, is wish both sides the best. There is definitely a different vibe to the videos without Bugs and Jade.🤦🏻‍♂️

@@blurryface8698 Bugs gets paid even in the off season, I'm assuming ryan told him he wasn't gonna pay him in the off season any more since he's not actually working. He said himself things are tight with the land purchase. This is just my assumption I could be wrong. Either way Ryan is not a bad guy for doing this, He wants to expand his business. Makes even more sense when you realize they were trying to get him to start his own youtube channel, probably to help supplement the income loss.

It's probably just a clash of two totally different personalities. Plus, he and Bugs have worked together for a long time and after a while you can start to get sick of each other. Especially when one of the parties is always bringing negative vibes to the work environment

its a poor attitude by an employee who thinks their worth is more then the companies ..... great to be a solid worker but if you cant be a team player then cya ...
