When it rains on your wedding day... just go with it. Rachel's mom explained to the camera crew earlier in the day that there is rain in the forecast and that there is "always a chance for rain on your wedding day when it's in Florida" This family approached the downpour that came on quickly during the vows at the ceremony with joy and a bit of adventure.
Some of our favorite parts were when the couple exchanged vows privately shortly after the First Look earlier in the day. It was perfect weather and chose a small nook in the Vizcaya Museum Gardens. It was an intimate and heartfelt - and a bit tearful - private exchange of promises.
The weather cleared up and the couple danced under the stars on the East Terrace. The couple was surprised by a fireworks show over the barge while cutting their cake. It was a perfect way to kick off the party.
