Getting into it or fighting someone and slapping someone,are two different things..The way Diddy roll with all that security and the fact he felt comfortable trying to get at Kendrick(over the king of my line) in LA, added to fact that Diddy has a track record for being violent...There's no way I believe that Cole just slapped him and went on about his business.

J Cole mentions his fight with Diddy on ‘The Off Season’. He says he grew up listening to Bad Boy who would’ve thought later down the road my first fight in years would be with Diddy.
Diddy is actually featured on that song after Cole talks about their lil scuffle back then. Diddy's the one saying "God teach us how to love" and does all the talking at the end of that song. Cole put him on the song to show they'd gotten past their quarrel. Not so sure how Cole feels about it now, given the mess Diddy's in now and the video of him brutally abusing his ex.

Always thought that of the “ big 3” that Kendrick and Cole were the most alike from a values perspective as men and content of their music.
