❤ This is a perfect message for today 10/11/2023. Christians do not fight evil with evil. Either we believe Jesus, and God, and the word, or we don’t. Jesus brought a new, better covenant and we no longer fight our enemies with swords, but the word of God that is sharper than any two sided sword. You either believe that or you don’t! We pray for our enemies. Either you believe that works or you don’t! Someone sues is for our shirt, we give them our cloak too. Either believe Jesus, or don’t! We turn the other cheek, you either believe Jesus or you don’t. ❤

Woe! Good word. I believe most of the Ekklesia has to start thinking a little different. I would and do think the same way about wanting to hurt someone like that. You just don't hurt childern. But seeing the unconditional love of God in us, is what is going to draw these people to Christ. I am not there quiet yet. But I have a commitment to continue to press to that mark. Thank you for being so real and sharing the beauty of Leanna with us all. She is truly a gift to the world, as are you. I listened to this message last night and this morning in my quiet time ran across this gem in the TPT. Romans 12:19-21 Beloved, don't be obsessed with taking revenge, but leave that to God's righteous justice. For the Scriptures say: "Vengeance is mine, and I will repay," says the Lord. And: If your enemy is hungry, buy him lunch! Win him over with kindness. For your surprising generosity will awaken his conscience, and God will reward you with favor. Never let evil defeat you, but defeat evil with good. I prayed for those men this morning. I am believing your surprising generosity does it's work and their consciences are awakened! It's God's word. It doesn't return void. Thank you Lord. The child sex trafficker is harder for me. Someone like that seems to be the epitome of evil. I can not understand it. My only conclusion is that they have completely given themselves over to the enemy and are void of all humanity. Still there is hope. You, though, should be very proud of yourself. You passed that temptation (for murder) that many of us would have failed. You also led by example and laid out the proper response to temptation that we know could overwhelm us - Don't go there. Know what to avoid. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to partner with your ministry in rescuing these children. I am grateful for this age of technology that allows so many of us to learn from your ministry.
