Things that need to be nerfed in the game: - Ares - Ao Jun - Invader - Pulsar - Wasp - Flux + Gekkos - Manni, LOL That are the most pressing topics in my opinion. Not even mentioning matchmaking and economy here... See how stupid this is at 5:00, both staring at each other waiting for their shield to drop. We had this in WR previously, during the area of Ancilots. Both bots hammering at each other, whose shield broke first, lost. Basically the same thing as we saw here

Good video, what do you feel is the most effective weapons setup for the Ares besides the one you ran? Would the spark and scourge setup work well if you want to stay out of lockdown weapon range and then use lockdown ammo? Also thank you for showing some courtesy to the players running silver bots, I run a Natasha with Dragoon and spark in Champions league and I always have a HUGE bullseye on my back

Spark and scourge is OK. But I think lock-on weapons are not the best... Halo and corona is insane and the one I showed. Gust and Orkan can also hurt a lot. And shredder pulsar. Things like that. Lockdown in general is the most powerful thing on the Ares.

6:44 That's been happening with a lot of weapons that have bullets or projectiles. There have been many games where I keep shooting at the Ares' shield with my Ao Jun Avengers and weirdly enough, some of the particles make it through and that is often when I have emptied my weapons. So I empty my weapons and 2 seconds later, the enemy starts taking insane damage while I'm reloading and I get the kill

Nice video manni! The Ares needs less speed and a 20/25 second reload on its retribution ability. Do you think you could run the Ember Ao Jun? In my opinion it's the best setup you can run on the Ao Jun. Dunno if it actually is but it deals a crap ton of damage no doubt about it

I feel like a fair update for the Aries that doesn’t involve restricting it’s use of certain weapons would be allowing the status effects of a robot’s ability to affect absorber shields. Like the Blitz’s suppression would still affect the Aries but you won’t receive any damage from it, or the Ao Jin’s flames could cause the corrosive damage but the flames themselves won’t deal damage. You could expand on this and say “status effects in general can affect absorber shields” but then you’ll just get locked down by any random pursuer with a corona which would render the Aries almost useless and cause a lot of players to be salty about the change. Also if the shield sharing (two Aries, one shield active at a time, both staying within it) becomes too common and unfair then they could change the absorber shields to hug the bots similar to the lockdown visual affect (the yellow net on the legs, except it’s purple and covering the whole bot) So you’re almost in a jacket-shaped shield rather than a dome-shaped shield.

BTW getting into the ares shield while his retribution is going is not the only way to kill it, another way is by losing connection while the ability is going One time I was playing FFA a natasha came with calamity and spark (very deadly build) I used my ability and then immediately lost connection he bypassed my shield I went to see my robot dead body I saw my ares tentacles Fully out

6:40 there is a bug with the absorber shield on ares,Hades,nemesis.Sometimes you take damage through the shield and even you can be locked down I've noticed that since the last 2 updates😐

We can fight them,for example,since the leo has a lot of health,hide behind cover and corner shoot the ares forcing it to bring up its sheild.Once the shield is done,the bot is dead ;)

Manni If there anything ever done to the Ares the future I wish they could look the way the shield is active , I mean after all weapons are discharged It would be very nice for the shield to not be active immediately after but it is for like additional 2 second and it seems to be even longer in the game play . The Ares Shield lasts longer than 8. Check it against the timer..., it lasts 10 seconds.

Bro, After Watching this particular Video. U earned my respect. I really Respect the Idea, U didn't killed Leo, and Let him Killed U, For free. Leo is indeed struggling, After coming all new Meta robots, As, I had Leo, myself, and I felt same, when fighting against Ares and AoJun. They kill me, like in a blink. And, I felt so frustrated, as i cannot do nothing...Even, if i manage to survive their one attack, somehow, they still got more speed/Flexibility, so, i can't catch them anyway...

Ares is made to destroy a spectre, wait till spectre use stealth jump first, then activate ability, spectre is not smart will shoot your unbreakable shield, you will absorb damage, then when spectre stealth is gone, use extra weapon and your own weapons and destroy the spectre
