It’s not enough to say that one is formal, the other is informal. Notice the context. In sehun’s vids, he was talking directly to sejeong, and in hyoseop’s, he was being interviewed, so it’s a no brainer that he was expected to address her formally. But there were a few clips were hyoseop referred to her informally, and those were the ones where he either talked to her directly, or quoted something he said to her.

i like hyo seop with kim sejeong sese also cute but sejeong said she was feeling uncomfortable calling him oppa which made me feel like they are just nomal friends but with hyo seop she feels comfortable when i see her shes never complained about him but she has great energy around them both.
