My kid would eat porddige then eggs and toasts then fruit and yoghurt as breakfast at 9 months...just such a chomper...both of them. They were boys though they would have eaten this for breakfastt at 1 yesr. 😂

Ever watched "the zeiglers" . Please tell them that. All their little girl eats is carbs. She's almost 2 & was just introduced to fruit. The only fruit she liked was grapes.
You're correct. 💯 Perhaps it's shame on me for finding a lot of what a particular mother feeds her child disgusting. But by the time they're four, shouldn't they be eating regular people food instead of those mashed together meals they eat from a pouch? But what you said, I don't think I had ever eaten yogurt before I bought it to feed to baby. I wanted them to try variety. I just don't think I gave them as big a variety as I had thought.
Love Sophia videos no matter what age. For you to fix all this tasty, healthy food, and such a variety and she seems to have generally had a great appetite. Thanks for sharing.

Your little Sophia is a doll and you are such excellent parents: patient,obviously very loving and the BEST food selectors and preparers for a young child I’ve seen. I strove to give my children well balanced meals , but I was no way as good as you are.👍🏾

I am SO proud of you as a mother and provider! Look at how healthy this baby is eating! I wish my parents taught me nutrition choices. I was fed unhealthy meals my whole life then shamed by the ones who failed to teach me healthy eating habits. I hope when I start fostering and adopting children that I am will be as amazing and patient as you in teaching my children healthy choices!
My goodness she is a true foodie even at that age. Love her little laugh after eating the yogurt. My favorite yogurt is Chobani nonfat Greek. So delicious. My dogs get a spoonful in their food every morning and I have my half cup every morning.
You need to write a cookbook on how to get your kids to eat anything. I see now that it’s due to the wide variety of foods you fed her from day one that led to her excellent palette. Most of us gave our kids plain scrambled eggs. You mixed it with avocado, etc… I’m sure it helped get her palette used to different tastes and textures in one meal. Great job, mama!
I wish it was true for us too.. we done that as well and our baby loved to eat.. until she had her first birthday.. now with 13 months she barely even eats her favorite food.. so don't worry too much, every kid is different! You can do everything "correct" and still end up with a fussy eater. Also most people don't show the bad or fussy days in their videos.
Simple just feed them healthy foods consistently n not a lot of sweets n processed foods. Do fruits for desserts. You have to start this from the beginning n don't let up. If u give them juice water it down

I love these throwback clips as I didn't discover your channel until about six months ago. I have six birth children and helped raise others for two to three to over ten years and I have three grandkids, ages 12, 20 and 23 and my youngest is nearly 25. There are no babies in my family right now and my 27-year-old married son and his wife aren't going to have kids, but they might adopt! No matter what the age, that child will be so loved! Our children are the greatest blessing in this world. The days of bottles of milk and happy dances for pear yogurt are over oh so quickly, and before you know it, as you know, her wings will carry her safely into this world, armed with the knowledge of eating the foods which will keep her healthy. Good job! And your voice is so soothing - ASMR all the way. Narrating children's books would be a perfect fit - or a character on an animated children's show. Rainbow Blessings - Stay safe!
