I added more weight at GS today, went in with the idea of hitting 200 for a high bar triple, and left hitting 210kg for a triple...at 43

@OverweightFitness the most I've lifted in a while! The only thing I sensed on rep 3 was swole Kyle screaming my name. I might have a 300 in me still, I've bumped my triple up by 30 in the last 2 months. It was a great trip PR'd my hip snatch and went 10 over what I had planned on doing for squat with smarter programming and motivating coaches.
