16:03 it kinda make sense, Because the last round Everyone went from caf to south via admin. Vik and Randy proceeded to down, while the other 3 were goofing around in admin until the o2 sabotage. Harry and Lux went to o2 side, while Simon fixed the admin sabotage until vik showed up. Simon went to fix other side followed by vik, only to be fixed by Harry and lux standing beside him. Nobody saw Randy, but because Simon knew the body will be on left side (usually the sabotage and kill is opposite directions) and he found Randy in elec.
