I am from Uzbekistan. Alhamdulillah, I pray and abstain from anything haram. But, most thing hazrat is saying is very true. My grandfather was prisoned for 7 years in the 60's for using a couple of Arabic words. He must have been betrayed by his neighbours.
@Atheist Mīmāṃsā No we are not are you not ashamed to be more miss guided than animals since you believe that the galaxy and complex life with delicate details appeared like a magic trick a rabbit out of a hat?
Yes, Unfortunately he told the truth.. Soviet Union didn't let central Asians to follow Islam.. After Independence in Uzbekistan there's mass atheists.. cause Most people didn't know enough about Islam.. During Soviet age nobody taught them about it.. It's so sadly... 🥺🥺 in 2007-2008 year When I was 17-18 years old, I found a book which was Islamic and I was interested in Islam at that time I knew Islam, and began to learn Islamic laws.. One girl taught me how to do praying.. cause till that time I didn't know anything about Islam.. Alhamdulillah, the last 10-15 years Islam is coming back Uzbekistan again... Love my Muslim brothers from Uzbekistan🇺🇿
How amazing was this talk. I think you guys should post EVERY Jumma khutbah for us. This is incredible. Our imams need to learn how to do a khutba like this.
Shaykh, you say people here are practicing their Deen with ease. I beg to differ. Personal worship is a small part of the shariah. The majority of the shariah rules relate to mawmalaat, which are absent. The hudood and shariah in a large part are absent in the Muslim world, let alone in the West. If we think that Islam is just personal worship then we too are on the same road which led the Uzbeks to reduce their Islam from a complete ideological system to just abstaining from pork.
