Yea, as long as your singing or whatever else you do in a situation where you need to concentrate a lot (for me playing osu) is not in your muscle memory then it's really hard, and even if you have the muscle memory for it, might still be hard. But interesting seeing her try haha

For people who don't realize how difficult this is, if you play any fps games like Halo or R6 or anything, try shotcalling and directing/planning for you and all other players on your team while trying to perform well at the same time. It's really hard to be an in game leader and perform well.

That seems like a pretty fun way to challenge yourself. Because you're splitting your attention between things that both normally require a lot of your attention it forces you to get better at multi-tasking with your brain or you just fail miserably. In the end, in Suisei's case I think it would serve to make her better at both things by essentially flexing additional brain cells.
