Brings me back to summers when I was growing up in northern NJ! Especially the crayfish! I grew up alone and would spend my time in the streams and lakes around my house and climbing the mountains that were just feet from my backyard. Ahhh your video content is superb!
We bought our place of 2 1/4 acres on the edge of the Fl Everglades on a canal gators and otters and all it was in need of a lot of work we turned it into our own little paradise 29 years later still here and paid for, the journey is worth it when you know it in your heart. ❤😊👍🍻

Growing up we had a camper at kenolie village in newfane Vermont from 88 to 2004 . I was 12 the first year being a city kid from Springfield mass it was awesome to be able to go up every weekend and all summer swimming in the west river conoeing,fishing learning to hunt in the winter . It changed my life the camper is long gone but me and my wife and my daughter who is 22 now spent so much time the past years camping at every state park in Vermont . It’s my favorite state hands down .

I think my 12-week old kitten (Sister-Brother) just watched something on a screen for the first time and it was the end of this episode. She was suddenly mesmerized and then when the insect flies off from your logo, she looked to the right of the computer and then at me, like "where did it go?"
Just try to fight the Summer feeling. It's impossible, soak it in, and get the most of it all. There's new stories to be written every day and night. Funny thing, I started wearing bandanas again during covid and recently we were having fun with friends and I threw mine on the way you do, rolled up, while my friend threw his on wide and tied at back. I got made fun of for wearing it rolled like it was the wrong way?! Um, there's no wrong way to wear a bandana, also, rolled is the summer way to stop the sweat beading to the eyes.
Your content is my favorite way to escape. I love the way you guys enjoy the woods, fields, rivers and lakes. I admire how often you and Allie wander barefoot. I live in Upstate NY and fear of ticks and Lymes and the like have me paranoid to enjoy nature this way...the way I always used to. How do you guys avoid ticks and Lymes for yourselves and your kitties?
