A nerd here English is indeed shorten but you still can't talk like that irl You need to know the difference between you are and your A and an Who's and whose And how to talk properly Geography:it doesn't show how does the nature looks like and what makes them different and how does it affect on the people and the other living creatures there History:you need to learn from thier mistakes and their experience before it's too late How to write: i don't think that's a subject But you learned it from school not from texting Seeing these letters on keyboard and tapings on them randomly won't teach you how to write or you won't be able to read them Other languages:dora teach you a random word and she won't teach you how to actually talk even if you watched all of it It won't make you learn the language and it doesn't cost to watch dora when you have Duolingo or just go to school Music class:you just listen to music on these apps you don't know how did they do it you still need tutorials on that Drama class:i don't know is that a real thing I never heard about it we never studied it like if you are acting? Science:you have to be kidding me It's not about making tricks, it's about to understand how did that happen and how can you invent something new with that like medicines and any thing around you that isn't nature Sports:yea i think it's usless too, luckily math teacher takes it to teach us important things Math:there's some problems that cannot be solved by just a calculater You need to know where is the problem and the calculator could make you slove it faster You can't just type: "If you have five square rooms in the same size, and a wall of them is 6 meters, how much paint you are gonna use, and how would that cost" In it and it will tell you.
After starting junior year in HS, some buddies and I made "friends" with the janitors. First, with respect and dignity. It was a preparatory school after all. After, a two years, we found the best plug for the next two years. He is retired now, but he i on my Christmas. He and his brother hooked us up with class A shit, with an ingenious method outside of school. We pretty much pait a kid of theirs college tuition. True story.

That quote just means to learn from your mistakes, and the mistakes of those around you. It doesn’t apply to history at least the history taught in school.
@@subject_84 no it means history and mistakes Nazism can come back and WW1 and every other tragedy if we don't study it and prevent it using measures and laws like the Geneva convention
@@karimabdelgalil6556 Study it and prevent it?? Don't you think that "past tragedy", same kind of "Holocaust" already happens?? And it happened decades before the Geneva Convention and still happening right now. And done by the "past victims" with support from the same "peoples" who's fought Nazi.

@@ragequits_hibiscus If you want to become something special, then yes. Learning from previous mistakes in history shows us how to become better, how to improve as humans.
@@REDACTED47 history also shows us how bad at learning from previous mistakes our kind is. I mean, take both world wars for example. The only thing stat stops us from World War III is that we all will be dead in consequence, but even this doesn't stop starting smaller wars. And being scared of the world war isn't because of learning from mistakes, it's because we know potential outcomes of using the nuclear power. So I think instead of learning the past that most of the people can't really remember anyway, we should be learning how to correctly analize different situations in order to find the best outcome or something? isn't that a way better ability than knowing in which year some dude did something? For me that skill would be way more useful while entering adulthood than knowing the past.
