My brother in Christ Bucky tried to kill him twice as Bucky and the way they were moving cap was trying to kill him too plus he was going to get arrested but cap interfered and he got zero penalties and another thing he was not the only one who got hypnotized (if you don’t believe me just watch agents of shield)the only reason cap was trying to save Bucky was because he knew him.look i not saying iron man should have killed him i am just stating that it would be dumb to say he had no reason to. ( sorry if i sounded insulting i do not mean to be rude just just making a point).
