At 3:09 they're used to sitting like that actually lool they've been doing it since young so there muscle and bone is used to it lool it is uncomfortable qhen you're not used it but the more you do it the more u get used to it
lol, JK is very knowledgeable that people don't know. No, if you sit like that for awhile you get use to it. Because Asian, especially Japanese and Korean sit on the floor so learning to sit like that since little. In Vietnam the same thing.
Your hamstrings (legs basically) need to be stronger to not strain when sitting like that. Akin to the way that one guy can lift his own weight with his pinky because his arm muscles are pulled by it.
