In celebration of my upcoming trip to New Mexico, here's another clip from recently uncovered archival footage from our set at the 17th Annual Telluride Bluegrass Festival! This is my version of Bill Monroe’s version of Jimmie Rodger’s song, “When the Cactus is in Bloom.” There was a problem with the banjo mic, and you can see me running off to talk to the monitor guy at the end of the song. But you can still hear Tony Furtado’s tasty break.
