I was😂😂😂😂 when you said therapist. This one I dated had a therapist in there lying about his baby mama which was supply he brought back around during me. Anywho I called the therapist office and left a detailed message about who he really was and he was lying about it and had no business being on the meds she had him on. I told her she may want to re-evaluate his head meds.😅😊 When he walked into his next session the therapist said “so is there anything you think you might wanna share with me” Yes I told her on a vm all I could in the time it would allow. Yes he def pitted baby mama against me and vs vs. She contacted me on social media telling me all the nonsense he had said about me, whole time I thought she was just mad he was dating someone new. He met his match when he met me🙏 God doesn’t play about me. I could go on for days about all the women he had around “ That were just friends” but that’s too much to type

I saw him riding pass my house a little over a month later. Then about 2 months after that the Hoovers started. He put letters and cards in my mailbox, I received the unknown calls and texts, and just last week he knocked on my door saying he had nowhere to go and asking for help and a place to stay. Well I was scared for my life - she moved someone else in my house without asking and started triangulating me in my own home! She told the new supply she didn’t care about me and that I was the problem. She told me the new supply was better than me in every way despite knowing her 5 minutes (yep the new supply wasn’t romantic - make it make sense). Very hurtful situation as also I was paying for everything and everyone!! Got totally humiliated and devalued in front of an audience and every time the new supply went out my ex got violent at me, smashing things up. She would even scream at me when she had no control ‘go to your room’ like a teenager. I got the f@&k out. It was crazy. Within two weeks of me leaving (I left her money btw not that my conscious needed clearing - I was clear!!) she changed locations and got moved in with a new man. And? She has been trying to contact me every week since then. She is drowning in the mess she made. And she deserves everything she gets! You can’t dump so much on people and walk away freely.

Guess I wasn't grade A supply because my ex didn't contact me for about 5 years after her grandmother died. And by then her father (that I was kinda close to) had passed

Hey ! Everything you talk about happened, but not as hard. Then all one day, I was blocked on his phone. I went to his home to check on him, he’s always had a headache or disabling dizziness. He’s had a habit of taking me out to dinner, and ask me for a break or friend ship. I would say I can’t be friends with someone I’ve slept with. While I was there he kept pacing , changing shirts and shoes and had to go. He didn’t want to be touched, So I left and blocked his number. I know this was foolishness ❤️

Yep! this exactly what happened to me and she forced us into couples therapy before I was discarded and basically was manipulating the counselor that I was the problem and trying to get the counselor to agree. My ex narc wasn't even trying to be honest or vulnerable. It was all the manipulation and control for me. Literally tried to act like she tried by putting us in therapy when she was convincing the counselor to be on her side. After discard I let them have the breakup and went no contact 2 years now.
