Thank you Amoda Maa for clear directions in how to handle the resistance. Specifics! Really, really helps. So now I know to relax (surrender) and bring the energy inward and down. I feel resistance all day long. I get scared when I see it and then tense more trying to struggle with it. Now there is a templet to follow. Ahhhh

What a perfect guidance through the storm. I feel as though your tender hand is tenderly guiding from the very onset of ones inner storm arising and through till one has directed his or her course through the portal of the heart and diving in and down to infinite depths in vertical alignment and just let it be. Having the ear to hear and the eyes to see having all desires for only that which is Radiance light within me. I can't go back from it. I have attained wisdom beyond my own comprehension, my journey has been incredible and i am 64 yrs old and my mother is 101 yrs old

Getting lost is the journey! You dont need to do anything people just enjoy the ride. The teachers have an agenda to uphold. Oneness means oneness period.

Oneness includes the seeking and the teachers too. Oneness means oneness in that It doesn't exclude anything. That said, the belief that "Oneness means oneness, so you don't need to do anything", is a trick of the mind, a trap, a mental concept, until ONENESS is clearly realized and lived. This realization often unfolds via uncompromising investigation into the depths of our pain and suffering to discover what is at its core and the Source of all existence. This is not a lackadaisical exploration.

Exactly what happened to "me". I've been lost for years after two glimpses. Honestly can't take the "I" anymore. First it brought chronic depression early in my life, and now in my mid 30's it's bringing various chronic physical illnesses that are common for old people. It's becoming unbearable. I know freedom, but I can't get there...
