Zyzz music is a symbol of strength, not just for men but for women as well and it disgusts me how some people on Tik Tok see exercising as toxic masculinity or fat shaming. Only the weak embrace weakness, don't let others tell you what to do. If you want something done right then do it yourself.
@@coolfunnymanbobux8724 they are not. I've seen so many tiktoks body shaming bodybuilders for exercising and posing.and they themselves are usually really thin or obese. I dont know about zyzz music tho.
@@XFactorDN there'll always be those who try to cut people down for doing them. Whether thats body builder nagging on fat or thin people being that way. Or thin and fat people shamming body builders for toxic masculinity. Don't let the minority shade your opinion of the silence majority who in most cases don't care from the start.
@@coolfunnymanbobux8724 I'm totally over thinking when you have a man out of shape telling you that "It's okay to be weak" encouraging others to become lazy and careless. It's not my problem until I'm surrounded by people who has been following that system.

I do this trick when im biking. For the first few miles i play stuff with good rhythm to keep me on pace. then a few songs in i switch to hardstyle and my legs start flying. its real. humans are in tune with rhythm because we are bred to be endurance runners.
Me: "I cannot train every day, I need to give my muscles some rest so they can properly recover and get stronger" Also me after watching these videos: "THERE IS NO REST BRAH!!!!"
