Half way through the day the kids got hungry and really so where we. We looked for some good places to stop but didn’t find any so we sat down right on the side of the trail to have our lunch. Watch and see how I make Hyker’s salad out on the trail. This is part of our 21 mile backpacking trip as we finish up on the C&O towpath and work towards Green Ridge to our shelter that we will stay for the night. This is part three of a 4 video trilogy.

Thanks for watching ! This salad worked out so good I now take a salad for all of us . We do try to eat it on the first or 2nd day of the trip if it’s super hot out.

Thank you. She loves doing these kind of things but wishes some of her girl friends would come too. So she Is hoping her Channel will encourage other girls so come out and see why we love these trips so much.
