I'm just assuming it was one of those not yet official but definitely more than situations and Lily's being a little bit coy about it, because she's has more experience with the streaming world and the need to keep some thing somewhat private, due to the internet being a toxic shitfest, whereas Michael's having a bit of fun at her expense because of that.
