I'm in zone 8 where it's taking until almost midnight to drop below 80 degrees these days. My snow peas just started looking bad a couple weeks ago. I knew to let the peas dry on the plant but now, my plants are dying from the ground up before the peas are dry.. still worth saving if the plant poops out before they're dry?

Yes, they can still be viable, I'd just go for the largest pods that appear the oldest and most mature

Thx for the video. How many, full harvests do u typically get off a singal plant. I've always heard 2 harvests is awesome. But something new I'm trying is a beneficial microbe that I am adding to the soil this year. The company says, tests have shown they r getting 3 or 4 harvests, with even a few tests showing that these beneficial microbes will push the pea plant the keep producing until fall. The microbes I use will not do good in your environment since these microbes have evolved to survive in our respective environments. I'm in Canada so we have potentially, 6 months of winter. Your microbes would not b able to survive this. But maybe something to consider, and maybe field a local company, that can add some beneficial microbes, to your your soil, that r local to tour environment

They tend to produce well for around a month, picking a handful every few days, definitely slow down in the heat so ours may be done for the year this coming week (going into the 90s for 5 days straight)
