His arms looked like massive tree limbs . The other guy from the south he was also 5"7. He was the fastest and represented the post track team in the All Army track meets.The same 5"7 track runner got to wrestling with a soldier twice his size in weight. The 5 "7 guy slammed him twice. Never underestimate people especially shorter people. A lot of them.are really strong. These two guys were stronger and faster than all the guys over six feet tall. I notice also the women flocked to these two guys even though they were only 5"7 in height

I do resistance training to maintain the ability to walk. Personal trainers have tried my routine designed by me ...a woman....on some of their normal male clients and they couldn't handle the routine......they had to go sit in the hot tube🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
