That's true. When there's no wifi or data for internet, I also feel that my phone is useless. That's kinda sad because I do think it has become a mental problem. I always think, how am I okay with no phone during 2014 and the previous years? But aftwr 2015 I'd become extremely restless if I don't have phone, and now restless if I can't have internet. Even a slight of slower internet speed can affect my mood.

hell I can understand him two weeks ago in a Friday I was playing genshin impact and after that my phone stopped recharge. Internet system, where I live, when you don't have internet, you barely get any access to any social media apps, like I mean atleast uki still able to chat, if that happened to me, it would be as if I was stranded at an island cuz I ain't getting anything with no internet. When you don’t have internet in America it defaults to your cellular service/data. You just need to have a SIM card on your phone (for calling and texting without internet) Using your data you can basically do anything online. Though you can’t do this on a computer bc there is no SIM tray thing. (I’m sorry if my English is bad I’m still learning sadge :/ )

ISP applies to cable based internet, the one which has much higher bandwidth and least likely to give up. Using phone data for streaming is asking for a disaster, albeit I heard some still doing it. Uki can use social media but essentially can't play online videogames and can't stream as those would require a lot of bandwidth and stability.

You can hotspot/tether your phone to your computer in a pinch, but on most cell providers it's not unlimited data and the latency is usually terrible. So while he technically has internet through his phone it's not really usable for streaming/heavy use.
