Us resident here: swatting is federally considered murder in the first degree and the fbi also now is required to use every resource physically possible to find and investigate those who do it. People who play iracing are a touchy bunch of hot heads. I was an above average driver, but when you once in a long while made light contact on the last lap with a back marker they would go off on you like they were fighting for the lead. The best gamer wisdom I can give a new player who starts playing Destroy All Humans remake for the first time, treat the final boss fight Silhouette like the boxing match you've trained your whole life for refusing to rage quit let alone throw in the towel. Robo Prez sub boss fight it's just a simple taste of what you will have to deal with, the good news is General Armquest boss fight is fairly decent. Like he let's to take a quick breather when low on health & ammo, so long as you keep moving around. I rage if game mechanics or ai are shit in some way. Such as failing in a really tense area repeatedly because some ai follower decides to run into the middle of danger and dies over and over. Dying due to fair mechanics gives me no rage, except in the case of genichiro in sekiro. That was a very fair boss fight, yet I was raging for 7 hours straight. Apart from that, it's the tedious and unfair game mechanics or ai behaviours that get my rage bubbling.

Unfortunately, in the U.S., the medical system, the mental health system (which is still looked down upon as only for "crazy" people by many, although that percentage is slowly dwindling), and the support systems for veterans are all rather shit. The general public (including those who enter military service in order to get money to pay for college) often end up in situations where the services they need are either prohibitively expensive, or not clearly available. And mental health and mental hygiene can still carry a self-imposed stigma of "I don't need that because I'm not crazy", so those who need it often convince themselves they don't. As Simon would say: It's all just a bit shit.
