Great vid ladies! Found your account on Instagram and so happy I did! I asked for help at the start of this year and finally got on medication and going to therapy. I was always anxious as a kid as well, and like you it for worse and manifested into daily panic attacks once I hit my mid 20s. So excited to hear more about your stories and journey
