When Will EA Sports NHL Be On Nintendo Switch? (Why Isn't NHL 22 On Switch) 

Hopefully they bring it to the switch it would be sick!

Since they will never bring nhl to the pc anytime soon I will settle for a switch version.

The amount of hockey I would play if we could go on the go nhl 21 my fave since nhl 10

Nintendo are OG in the game I feel that they don’t get that respect that they deserve.

I think EA is sceptical to release NHL on Switch and the NHL series does not sell very well like FIFA. A great idea would be make a hockey game in arcade style like NHL Hitz has.

Even nhl 2k mobile was fun. It was the last actual nhl game you could play portably.

I think seeing where the PS5 and Xbox Series X are going, I wouldn’t be surprised if they went to the Switch

The fact that not only NHL 21 but also Madden 21 isn't on the Nintendo Switch baffles my mind, but also why isn't NHL 21 not on PC? Makes no sense, how hard is it to port to the PC, both Madden and FIFA are on PC.

Omg the amount of nhl I would play!! I have it for Xbox but ANY sports games just make so much more sense to play on a switch! Please gaming Gods make it happen!

Are there any rumors at least? I would even settle for NHL 2k on switch. It doesn’t make sense how there are other 2k games on switch but no nhl

I only own a switch but I want this game sooo bad. And I don’t want to buy a PS4 or an XBOX 1 or whatever, so I agree in that it would be a big W if they could just add this game on the switch!

I’m planning to get a Switch for the Mario Rabbids game coming out soon and 2K. But I PRAY and hope that they add NHL on switch.

Post gameplay as NHL on switch Unfortunately I don’t see there ever being a NHL game on switch, and I don’t think it will help grow hockey when nhl games have been in rough shape since 2015. The switch is much less powerful then you say, games have to be incredibly well optimized. We’d be beyond lucky for a roster updated pre NHL06 game. EA has so many departments they just focus on the bottom line. They don’t even port to pc because they know the community would make it the best NHL and nullify future sales. If it was on PC you could then just stream it to your switch and play that way.

When the new switch drops next year it'll be easier for NHL and many others to drop third party games on switch

they should just take NHL legacy edition and add EASHL and outdoor. kinda like NHL legacy edition remastered

If they can add soccer and basket ball too the switch im pretty sure they can can release a NHL game on the switch they have hockey games on the switch so why wont they add NHL 20?

Because EA games and NHL makers dont give a fuck about making something new. Every year they just copy past old game codes and change rosters.

Sony and Microsoft are the main villains in this case. Those two tech juggernauts keep allowing, enabling, and encouraging 3rd parties like EA, Activision, Eidos, and others to keep taking advantage of their fanbases with draconian policies like aggressive microtransactions, loot-crate gambling, and other rogue draconian policies that are harming gaming; and Sony and Microsoft are the main instigators of it. Those two corporations need conservative leadership and NEED to stop allowing 3rd parties from pulling such stunts on their fanbases. It boggles my mind as to why gamers today overlook and don't seem to pick up on this.
