I wanted to know I had a intracapsular femur neck fracture surgery 8 days ago though no pain and some given exercises i am doing satisfactorily ... i have always heard 3 screws are fixed to hold it but in my case only 2 screws were fixed when is such decision taken Sir.....

सर मेरा 9 माह पहले दाहिने पैर का THR हुआ था दाया पैर बचपन से ही पोलियो ग्रस्त था । ऑपरेशन के पश्चात dual mobility implant किया गया था लेकिन ऑपरेशन के पश्चात मेरा ऑपरेशन वाला पैर पहले से पतला भी हो गया है एवं चाल में भी लंगड़ा हट बढ़ गई है और चलने में भी काफी दिक्कत होती है सोते समय ऑपरेशन हुए पैर में कूल्हे पर चुभन भी होती है एवं खिंचाव भी होता है कृपया करके उचित राय देवें या आपसे कंसल्टेंसी करनी हो तो भी बतावे

Sir appriciate your great command on the subject . Sir 41 years back I underwent left hip replacement surgery due to Ankyalysing Spondilitis . I had allmost normal active life all these years . Mian.. jab tak infection khatam nahi hoga. hip replacement nahi karna chahiye.. mostly patients mein infection medicine se khatam nahi hota .. iske liye bhi surgery karni padti hai
