I never understood this in my 20s. I’m going to be 35 in December and I feel so powerful. Stopped going into online dating, stopped looking at romantic bs soap operas, stopped looking at men like they will nourish me and make me feel loved. So sad that when I went grocery shopping, I saw a pregnant women and she literally paid for the groceries. The man didn't even offered to pay but instead decided to step aside and let the women do it.

I think it’s heartbreaking to know I won’t ever have that “notebook” type of love that I could always give to a man but not receive the same amount of loyalty and love back. I agree with you, I was so hurt and started resenting my sons dad when I had to return after 6 weeks. I had to rebuild my bond with my son once I started back working. Coming from a household of single moms, what I was doing was normal. I stopped and started slowing down. I sit down on the floor and play with my son. Thankfully my mom watched him at home until he was 1 1/2. I should have waited until he was 2 or 3. This is why I watch your videos, so my next child I can be at home. I've always wanted to be a housewife and take of my family but stopped believing because women around me made it seem impossible/rare.

Hi everyone. SheRa, I'm watching this video a year after you put it up here. I just want to share that I knew of a man who was the primary caregiver of his children. I never saw the mother with him. He was so dedicated to them. However, he looked drained all the time. He began looking like a woman just by his demeanor. It emasculated him, SheRa! His body got rounder and he even developed hips. Talk about role reversal. He gave the ultimate sacrifice for his children, but it was sad and painful to watch. So yeah, it's real that men were designed for a particular role as women are too. When either takes on too much of the other's role, it changes them and kind of becomes unnatural. He did not look happy.
