For people who love Nutella: take a spoon of Nutella and put it on a plate in the freezer before you go to bed, and the next day you have a Nutella popsicle! Edit: this works for me, it may not work for other people, but it works for me
Just because you're on a diet doesn't mean you have to completely eliminate all the folds you enjoy. It's okay to have pizza every once in a while, it's okay to go to McDonald's once in a while just not all the time
Exactly!Btw,I'm 14 about 1 month ago,I went to summer camp and we would eat measured things.I got out and I for some reason developed my diet,I was used to eating measured before the diet I was 49.2 kg as a 14 year old,which is quite a lot for my age.I have done this diet for me and I am currently now 27.1kg!I would lose about 4kg in a day or two..the diet is breakfast:milk and if I'm feeling like it,something small like bread cubes, the lunch:anything my family has cooked, then afternoon snack(if I'm feeling hungry):fruit I want and then for dinner something small,simple and nutritious (before 8 pm)I also take an hour long walk after breakfast💗
