Honestly I could see it being useful in some situations, especially if you know the repair time is slower than the build time but more for bigger buildings like the Con Yard or Supers
Because chaos drones are useless lol Super fragile, annoying sound when attacking, short range, and for the cost of it you might as well have made a gatling tank. Add that onto the fact the enraged enemies don't draw allied fire means the chaos drone is very likely to die even if it lands it's aoe. The enrage just doesn't last long enough to make it worthwhile.
I've often seen it, especially on his older uploads with Kireek. He often would sent drones with Iron Curtain EDIT: 1 year later and I realize it's Chaos Drone, not Terror. I am wrong.
Sov/Allies are fantastic when you can use their superweapons. Without it, while they still carry a good synergy, they are simply too distinct to work as one. With the exception of Navy, on that field they become unstoppable. Allies/Yuri are good but nothing special compared to the other combinations. Sov/Yuri are great as allies, And they are completely broken if somebody has two of them at the same time. Even without the use of superweapons, You can still mass produce Conscripts or Tesla Troopers thanks to cloning wats and simply rush like a true Russian commander. Not to mention many things Yuri makes has a great synergy with Soviet units. Tank bunkers work fantastically when you place Apocs inside. (While you can say Prisms also work, Prisms hurt your own buildings more than they hurt the enemy) Cloning wats allow you to mass produce the cheapest unit in the game. Gattling guns and Flak Cannons work best in different areas. Combining them simply takes all the advantages without any drawbacks.
I love how he stops complaining about crates the moment he gets a soviet MCV xD Also it's funny how he doesn't care about the battlefield and just starts SimCity gameplay once he has soviets
Hey Bryan, I'm wondering who to talk to about the CNCnet youtube channel - contributing videos? I'm a contributor on the Tiberian Sun Adventures channel (mostly "pro" game videos and commentary) and I was wondering if you know the YT admin at CNCnet? It would be good to see that channel stay alive.
Instead of spam clicking a unit while it's on READY and waste so many clicks, put another unit on hold, reach 30 units, then cancel the unit which is on hold That way you end up clicking way less
I'll never forget the time I was playing my friend with crates on and I found MCV that he didn't know about and created a second base much to his surprise. He couldn't figure out where I was getting all the resources and how I was building anything because he had destroyed my original MCV with MIGs. We were playing the original Red alert 2 retaliation on the PlayStation. Needless to say I won the battle because he anger quit.
I love watching these videos as RE2 was one of my favorite games as a kid. How are people playing this game today? I cannot seem to find a place to buy it.
This one was very hard to watch. A good example on how a sim city and booming economy can win RA2, even when doing that absolute worst plays one after another the entire back half of the game.
@@roman6188 - Any land unit and infantry can enter Grinder. They will be destroyed and Grinder's owner will gain half of their production costs. All flying units can't enter grinder. - Since v 1.001, the grinder will also count the cost of any passengers of a transport sent to grinder.
@@Nekolo6 >As to the amount of how much is refunded, infantry sent to the grinder will receive a 50% refund of its training costs, **whereas vehicles will net a full refund of their base build cost regardless of whether the Industrial Plant is built.** Therefore with an industrial plant in play, vehicles trained will net the commander a profit.
