5:47 rule of thumb. if you have a small overall value Divide is probably the way to go, if you are large go the subtraction is probably your best option. Multiplication is the better option when the value is of even medium size, addition is best if you are small. btw - large and small values can be substituted for "do you think your run is currently going well (large) or poorly (small)
