I loved Qin shiyue character ❤ Well it's just her character is perfect. One thing made me laugh, Shiyue and Zheng shuyi are bff now they become aunt and niece well 😂😂😂 quite funny right
The FL was such a drama queen, she really did nothing for him except to complain and act childish, while the ML try to salvage the relationship after she messed it up with her constant lying.
Let's talk about how hot and cold the ML was for a lot of the show as well. He would get jealous when she was out, upset when she looked pretty and texted other men, gives one word answers or "hmms" without really saying what he wants and when she goes to apologize to him, he blocks her and kicks her out of his office. She obviously made mistakes but he wasn't a saint either. He lied to her about his sister. On some level, he also knew she was playing with him and he played along. He was no innocent baby and at any time he could have straight up asked her what their relationship was but he enjoyed her attention, he is a man after all. Let's agree to blame the writers on this one.
y'all taking it too seriously for a light romcom like this. compared to some other cdrama that are romance/drama heavy, this one is too light to make a big deal out of it. their misunderstanding was pretty funny to be laughed at, it was very light-hearted. both FL & ML are supportive towards each other and even adore each other in their respective fields since early episodes. it's obvious their main conflict would be FL lies & ML misunderstanding but that was predictable anway? FL can be a drama queen & childish at times considering some women around her age (early 20s) tend to have similar personalities and that's normal. ML was cold in nature, but he's mature & attentive. thing is, unfortunately, he doesn't know his lady looked up to him so much that she felt reluctant to open up to him about how she approached him started with lies & revenge (kinda) instead of her own pure interest towards him. that's all...
