@Sotis Tik Except not really and I'm not talking about those boring old dark magician turn set pass decks. I'm talking about pure Superheavy samurais. Pure raid raptors and the like. Playing any deck that doesn't have 1000 negates and focuses more on attack points just loses.
@Sotis Tik Fun ahahah they are one of the most braindead toxic deck to play against why Dryton/Edlich/True Draco and they are not fun to play with either.
They usually do that when their calculating of Their remaining LP is enough to stand with opponent's battle phase... But doing that with their low LP? Kind of S..... lOL
If you're talking about chaos gate sunya it doesn't matter since during the end phase the other numeron gates are still gonna be banished so that was kind of the only thing he could've done. He could've summoned a megaclops though idk how gravekeepers could beat that.
I trust everyone is enjoying the new “Oh you interrupted my combo? Nah its fine I’ll just graveyard effect my way to back to Accesscode Talker again.” event?
I couldn't be bothered with crafting a million link cards to build a link deck so I just went in with an all trap/spell deck and I'm trying to annoy all my opponents into surrendering
@@Aymungoos I tried Unchained Abominations because I lucked upon most of the rare cards. I am getting absolutely bodied by handtraps and people playing solitaire until they shit out 3 tier 3 and 4 cards
Meh it's still better than the synchro and N/R event. No true Draco nor does the event only allow terrible decks while one or two are at the top. I don't like links it's such an overpowered mechanic but most of my decks are link decks lmao.
It’s fun playing against them with metaphys, have them attack a ragnarok or baby dragon then banish-nuke their field with daedalus on the first attack (declaration if baby, or upon damage with ragnarok) extra fun with field up cause it protects metaphys monster effects from any responses
I loved bullying the Numerons. I had this one time where I bricked first turn, so I just set a Prologue of the Destruction Swordsman and passed. My opponent went full combo, even bringing out Sunya, expecting me to top deck a brick as well, and then i drew a Sage with Eyes of Blue. I then went and was able to attack with my Buster Blader, a Blue Eyes White Dragon (negated the attack by Destruction Swordsman Fusion), attacked with a Buster Dragon (canceled because of a special summon) attacked with my Buster Blader Fusion Monster (piercing battle damage), then attacked with a 2nd Buster Blader Fusion Monster (piercing battle damage to a 0 Def monster) and attacked with a Blue Eyes Jet Dragon for game. It was hilarious!
You’d figure with an archetype called “Numerons” used by someone called Don Thousand that the players who use it would know how to do math to understand they don’t have game.
i mean... it's cool but it's not satisfying. in the wise words of Asmongold: "when you're a rogue in Alterac and see a yeti mob, You can't camp the yeti. the yeti doesn't care. because it's a bot." it's still not satisfying to see Numeron.
So that is a bot? I have only won once against it. But I hope to duel it again now that I have a better deck than the Dark World deck I started out with. I cant wait for Konami to add the new DW support though
Lol another way is to just xyz summon arc rebellion xyz dragon once they get their attack power high enough just to take to power of all monsters on the field since is can't be destroyed by card effects
Lol it ain’t that hard to bully any deck with the right cards. Also, sphere mode/kaiju/golem, lightning storm/feather duster, droplet, network, and limiter removal. Response?
I am still trying to learn. I ran into this same strategy and I was badly beaten. My card collection is not particularly developed. I just finished watching season 2 of 5DS so I am trying to play Synchros unsuccessfully. I also am stuck on one of the tutorial levels.
Ik this is way late but they are legit bots, so RNG kind of decides the game if you're not using a deck with a specific counter and a good draw hand. I get lucky sometimes in a Hero deck with Absolute Zero board wiping or super polymerization but again, these are literal bots meant to rank up accounts and sell them
Keep playing solo mode and keep collecting cards, don't go online yet until you made a decent enough deck that can survive, has a strong draw power, has graveyard effects, can still combo when everything seems lost, etc.
From what I can find, Gravekeeper is definitely Gen 1. The first archetype support came out in Pharaonic Guardian, which was 2003. This was still early on. As a frame of reference, this was before Dark Magician Girl. Obviously, the support cards are more modern but Gravekeeper is really that old.
@Jake Folk Gravekeepers didn't come out in Dark Beginning, my dude. That was a reprint set. The first Gravekeeper's card was in Magic Ruler in 2002. And the first monster card in the archetyoe released at the same time as Necrovalley. Honestly, you could have known that they existed when Necroovalley released by reading that it directly references the existence of Gravekeeper's cards in it's rules text.
Power of the Guardians Equip Spell If an attack is declared involving the equipped monster: Place 1 Spell Counter on this card. The equipped monster gains 500 ATK/DEF for each Spell Counter on this card. If the equipped monster would be destroyed by battle or card effect, you can remove 1 Spell Counter from your field, instead. In plain English, every time the monster you give it battles, it gains 1 counter and those counters both buff the monster +500 ATK/DEF and grant an Extra Life for the monster.
So I don't remember what the name of the card was but I had a time in master duel when I would say it was about 15 people in a row just committed suicide with a trap card that took like 3,000 Live points and I kept thinking why you're not even going to try to duel me my deck isn't that good
*Supernaturalist and Oracle appear* Me: I prefer the real Gravekeeper's leaders *Chief and Visionary appear* Me: I said, The Real Gravekeeper's leaders *Spiritualist and Descendant appear* Me: Perfection
How did he double their attack if they were special summoned? Because you have to double their attack by detaching one material but since they weren’t xyz summoned they didn’t have a material to detach.
The field spell, it allows them to use their ability without materials. That's essentially all the numeron deck really is. Just the field spell and then pack the rest with easy escapes and stalls
