@@w3lap935bro im the pianist but i hear more bass players shit talking guitar players than the other way around. If yal that mad just swotch instruments lmfao.
It’s a guitar, just a different _kind_ of guitar. Just like how a bass clarinet is still a clarinet, or an alto sax and a tenor sax are both saxophones.
scary that this is what i EXACTLY did when i got my bass. it looks like the same one too with is funnier. The only thing i did different was take it to band class to get it tuned and some kid jacked it and messed with the g sting and snapped the e. i lost parts of the bridge of day and i havent touched it since lmao
Bruh, am I the only one who wants to play the bass with enthusiasm because of Royal Blood and Death From Above? As soon as I am proficient at playing, I’m buying myself those pedals. 😂😂😂
Fun Fact: Jack White didn’t record the famous “Seven Nation Army” riff on a bass. Instead he used a Digitech Whammy Pedal to tune his guitar down an octave and thus, make it sound like a bass.
Idk who invented that rule that you have to use ur fingers but I play with it just like a guitar with a pick and no one’s ever said it sounded bad lol. You can’t even hear it when u use ur fingers.
Man I got a bass and my 1st thought when looking at the space between the frets was "FINALLY, I CAN HAVE SPACE TO PUT MY BIG ASS FINGERS" I used to play acoustic in my school's guitar orchestra and wass always in the bass sect. So I decided to get a bass and it's been good so far
i like how he actually tried to learn it, bro, you literally need to play like 8th notes on random frets, and you’ll already be qualified enough to play in some high end pro band
Am actually thinking of buying my very own first bass really soon So bro what do you suggest i do? Because i really want to learn how to play bass I really love the instrument
Sir I eager to know where did you learn to play guitar?? Did you learn on social media like youtube or something else or do you having a personal teacher?? Plzz reply sir you're videos are influencing me ❤❤❤❤❤
That was me when I got my very first bass. “This thing is heavy, “l got the wrong instrument”, “Will my friends think it’s cool that I can play bass? “Should I learn the guitar first? I listened to Marty Music. I listened to Davie504( he is hilarious though) and 15 other bass players who are amazing players but poor teachers, at least for first time ever bass students like myself …it was so confusing …and I learned little side pieces to show off, but I still didn’t know sh-t about how to really play, until I came across Ukulele Wales, Yes! Rachael ( I think that is her name) teaches basic bass playing skills, her lessons are in numerical order, and she has so much great content for the first time Bass, Ubass or Ukulele student, she also teach beginners how to read music notes. She is amazing to me. I’m really learning something that I can build on. I’m still thinking of getting a small Bass guitar though, this heavy ass 24 fret I have is getting to my back, maybe I’ll get a ST bass. Anyway, thank you for sharing your video. It is good to know I was not alone! Don’t give up.
As a bass player, the marks in your fingers are too real. Although i will say that Iron Maiden songs are my favorites to play. They're so fun and challenging.
