Romans 6- buried with Christ by baptism into the likeness of His death, and rise to walk in newness of life. Have you filled with the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in unknown tongues? You covered many subjects in your comment, so I will answer with a few scriptures that address your points, though there are more. I hope you will read all my answer, as I read your answer to me. :) I asked about baptism because Jesus wants everyone to be born again of water AND spirit- John 3:3-7 I asked about HOW you were baptized because Jesus requires it to be in His name - Luke 24:47 Peter preached it- Acts 2: 38-41, and the apostles only baptized in Jesus name, where the Bible records the method. Acts 2, Acts 8, Acts 10, Acts 19. Ivy, there IS NO OTHER Jesus! There is only the word of God made flesh, the only begotten of the Father, who came unto His own, but they received Him not. Now, there ARE false Christs, which we are warned about. Tongues are an unknown language that people speak BY THE SPIRIT of God, when they are baptized by the Holy Ghost.- Acts 2:4, Acts 2:1-6, Acts 10:44-48, Acts 11:1-18, Acts 19:1-6. 1 Corinthians They are unknown to the one speaking- 1 Corinthians 14:2, 4, 6, 11, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18-19, 21-22, 27. Paul also call them tongues of men and of angels. Jews/Gentiles Scripture is very clear here, Ivy: Romans 1:16-17 16 For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. 17 For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. I feel the same way and I'm 51 but every time I focus on God and pray to him he comes through for me so I suggest you focus on him instead of the problem he won't let you down he may not do it the way you want him to but remember he knows best so let's trust him. 🙂

If I had only read verse 7! 😆 🤣 😂 I do know how to meditate...worry and uncertainty of the future. It's tiring, and it makes my brain hurt. Jecinta that’s wuts up sometimes we do need to just go to God with Thanksgiving. He knows what we need before we even ask him. Wonderful God We Serve. We must stop focusing on our circumstances as Joyner, Td jakes and others suggests and focus more on God. He has said Cast all our cares upon him. Honestly this can be hard for me sometimes m.
