When You don't know Who You are anymore! 

Thank you for this video. I can relate to this. I lost my husband just over a year ago & at 74 spending much of my life alone, feel I am going through the Dark Night of the Ego. It is very hard & can be fearful at times but I am taking one step at a time through the fog as you so aptly said. I wish there was more info on how to confirm if I am living through my heart as sometimes I feel I’m overthinking it. I’m allowing & letting go as much as possible. Remember who YOU are was a big part of my awakening process. Christ said return to childhood for a reason the time before the environmental conformity began. As you go along it becomes a lot like the yellow brick road as you can return to the stops along the road or go forward as like you said its happening on all levels. It can allow you to reclaim useful parts you had left behind and clear away things not useful. I was lucky as a child as my mother allowed me to be me but she was gone way to soon. I kinda feel sad about the kids today that are forced into conformity from birth. Perhaps this is why lots of people are having so many issues these days as it is all they know the herd concept vs the individual soul expression.

I so resonate with what your message is saying to my soul. I feel I am in the depths of the dark night of the ego. I am curious where you did your vision quest in Canada? I have an ayahuasca ceremony next weekend and I feel that my old life is dissolving and my many protective parts are hanging onto the role they have played for so long. Blessings
