Even if she remembered, there was no need to do it as she was not facing the camera while chanting those biryani names so she could've easily read it and acted like she knows all the names by heart. Don't you remember, when teacher asked us questions and we didn't know the answer, so we just used to make it look like we are trying hard to recall the answer as if we learnt it?

You know in tha Japan and other countries (exactly not remembering names right now) there is a photo shoot takes place in which the girls who don't get married or who don't want to get married they just dressed up like a bride and make whole photo shoot in that look.
