Through this insightful story of a father, who rewards both of his sons (the one, hard-working, the another one, hardly-working), with the same amount of money, Swamiji conveys the fact that - unlike that of irrational father, our eternal Father God's system of rewards is completely just and perfect. He graces only those who qualify.

God bestows his grace only on eligible persons. Not like in Govt.Offices the employees may work or may not they get time bond promotions it is injustice. But God never do such wrong thing.God gives rewards to them those fulfil the conditions Pranams to Swamiji

Dear Swamiji at 3:00 in the video you made a very relevant mention of work culture in public sector in India. It was not only the lack of reward system that led to the poor work culture but also the highly political environment. Here is some extremely insightful information about how to become the best versions of ourselves. It's incredible that the stone demonstrated that we should learn how to tolerate pain if we truly want to succeed in life. It just gave itself up to the sculptor, who transformed the common stone into a stunning goddess that the public adored.
