For Luka's standards it's a bad series..MF averages 32points in the playoffs..So for him to average 25 PPG is bad.. If he wasn't hurt he probably would average about 35..

I would agree with you that we owe Kidd an apology, but I need to see it again. I think you can easily make the argument that the team got much better and not the coaching. The difference between getting to start Lively or Gafford and not having Powell out there is crazy. But I will give him credit for now as he’s doing it. It’s also good to remember that the NBA is weird with the coaches. Doc gets all the jobs and yet Mark Jackson can’t seem to get one? Just food for thought.

@@Rickiwitdasticki I can definitely see where you're coming from. His rotations during the middle of the season were indeed very questionable, and that could get to me from time to time. We have more tools at our disposal, but I do think in especially Luka and Kyrie's defense, we can find some of J. Kidd's work. Excited to see where they go from here.

Shai cost Thunder this game. He knows he fouled PJ, which is fine coz that's part of the game, it came from a good defense. But he should've told the coaching staff not to challenge the call because it'll cost them their last time out. They needed that timeout.

I love how you kept talking about shots not falling for the thunders and did not show one instance where the Mavs also missed shots, The entire first half the mavs missed a lot of shots PJ wasn’t hitting shots neither was Kyrie and Hardy yet somehow that escapes you? Crazy how you’re trying to paint a narrative of OKC’s role players not hitting their shots while mavs role players were when in fact in the first half the main reason OKC were up were because that was what was happening to the Mavs, People might think this is great analysis but there is a very clear bias towards painting a particular scenario that just did not happen

Edit: Looking back, the entire 1st half of this video was on OKC’s defensive strategy and how they successfully forced role players into either making decisions or making shots. They need his size and shooting. Hes shot terribly this series but so has Murray but Murray was a liability defensively. I think if you trade either you trade murray but they really shouldnt trade either. They should let Kcp go in the offseason or trade him if he resigns and try to get something in return for P Wat and Zeke.

Mac’s shot 47% percent from three and only won by one point. Considering SGA, that Chet and J-Dub will only get better and we have the Dorture chamber (maybe even a Dorture chamber 2.0 with Cason Wallace)I’d say the Thunder are solid for years to come. Mac’s got lucky OKC missed so many shots this series. Had they shot the ball even just a little better it would’ve been very different.
