Bo left it out, but after Swimmy tested out how his back-spike things work, and confirmed that they regenerate some time after being used, he naturally asked Jake if the gene that gives them could be applied to his foreskin irl. Truly a Swimmy moment. (for those that don't get it, Swimmy fell down a hill once, caught his foreskin on a bush or something, and it had to be surgically removed)

The one VOD we have of a stream on which they talk about it is the Japan game from 17.01.2020, which is on the Bokoen1 Stream Archive channel. Basicly, in high school, Swimmy was pissing outside while drunk, fell down a hill, and caught his penis on a branch, which gave him "extarnally enduced phimosis" ( a.k.a. his foreskin got fucked up and could no longer be retracted, meaning it had to be chopped off). Afterwards, not only did he not have a foreskin, but he had stiches on his cock for a while, and every time he got an erection, he would get mind-shattering pain. Barotrauma was heavily inspired by SS13, a very autistic game that have even worse schizo mechanic as all the things you imagine can be real - from a blackhole forming in the kitchen to monkeys randomly exploding - there would even be random chats that makes you think somebody is talking when no one is (its only has text chat).
Psychosis can fake the noises Husks make. Lets say your ship had an unknown Husk on it and you are crazy so don't think the husk sounds are real. A _lot_ of fun happens...
You should've given all the viewers a psychosis/schizophrenic moment by having the end part of the video show up 3/4th of the way through the video. A fake end of the video if you will, just like all those fake fires, floods, and explosions! Except for the very real fires that happened later, the lack of power, and the attack that was actually real.
What happens after the mutation is very entertaining and just the best. I actually want to give this game a shot, just to experience it myself, lmao. Real game-changer that was.
tbh I like these more than I like HoI4 videos. I like HoI4 too but you kinda wanna see something different after 300 videos lol. Shame it's mostly HoI4 videos getting most views.
