It's hard to build 2 teams at once because of limited energy... And the worse part is the relic substat when you keep getting effect hit rate when you try to build your main damage dealer :(

I never had hard time in genshin building characters, in hsr when you do relic run because there are a lot of substats compared to genshin you will definitely get bad substats.
