This happened to me a few weeks ago! I started to training again after more than a year with my gym closed from quarantine and I was feeling good on the heavy bag...Then I started working kicks in and was like "why does this hurt so bad?!" Every kick hurt more than the last! I walked (limped) out with bruises on both shins thinking I had turned into a beginner all over again! Thanks for the humor, I don't feel so bad now (shins too ;p)
I thought it was weird for my shins and feet to hurt hitting the bag after going back to the gym after a fews years...i was like "wtf? I cant throw any power kicks without my legs feeling like theyre gonna break/ shatter" i use bomb on the bags 😅 sound like a gun went off in the aerobics room... Guess i gotta recondition the boys ah 💪👣
Everyone who actually trains Martial Arts would know missing out training for 2 Days is the max before you start to feel the difference😂👍 Cardio and Endurance are worst than before, You Gain A little, Body Fat, Calves or Ankles Start to Hurt😂 after 15 min.
Legit me today since my gym finally opened again since Covid. Was 240 with high cardio, flexibility and durability. Now pushing 300 and almost threw up twice trying to go through my old routine from the jump lol
