I saw that you posted while I was at work, its my first day and I was ended up making a really stupid mistake that made me worried I’d lose my job, to make it worse I found out my best friend, my brother is going to be moving away from me, I was on a break and freaking out and the one comforting thought was that there was a new Sbf video, that all I wanted to do in that moment was as watch your videos, that soon I can do that instead of dealing with everything else and until that moment I hadn’t realized how important this channel had become for me and i haven’t even been here long and I know I already said it but thank you so much for everything you help me fall asleep at night and apparently keep me from having a breakdown I’ll never be able to fully express how grateful I am

I agree with most hungover tips, except for the bread part, bread can take the alcohol but since it stays longer in your body than liquids, the alcohol will actually stay longer in your body. You should actually eat greasy stuff so it gets out smoothly 😂 (At least that’s what I’ve been said, and it makes sense to me)

I am severely sleep deprived because I have come to realise that I have a small window right before my system crashes, where my brain absorbs information like a sponge.
