Love this, thanks so much! One thing I've learned is to be generous to people when appropriate even though they aren't reciprocating. At least during your necessary interactions. You never know when at some point in the future they will reciprocate. Like the Bible says, do not be overcome by evil but overcome evil by doing good. Even if I never hear from someone again, in their mind they will remember that I gave to them authentically.
