Yeah right, you spend much time in Nashville? I've been living here since 1980 and great guitarists are on every corner looking for a handout. Now I am from a few hours of Nashville and Johnny Cash is King ...and I have to tell you I have never ever heard anyone shred and do guitar work like that on any Johnny Cash song. My buddy Blaine Cartwright use to do some Cash songs with Nine Pound Hammer but he could not improvise like this and the voice is much better than Scott could ever muster even though he channels Cash. Its too bad most of the audience has one foot in the friggn grave. It never ceases to amaze me how creative this one is and how little reaction he gets from the sitting dead and stragglers who stumble into his shows. When I watch ...no matter the genre or place ... I am always underwhelmed by his crowd. His use of technology would represent the best of the modern world ....his audiences would represent the sloth like devolution of human beings that Devo talked about ... people are so dull and lifeless now ... its a sad state of affairs. Someone sign this guy while enough people are alive that appreciate passionate musicians who create on the fly please.

Hey man, just stumbled across your videos somehow randomly tonight, and I'm on my 13th video. I'm really digging these, you're hella talented. You play wonderfully, and you have great voice. But my favorite part on most of these clips, is watching you put the track together. I enjoy seeing the methodology of it. This one was a fucking groovy choice, great song. Johnny Cash is a legend, lots of good songs. Have you ever done Ring of Fire? I think you could do something sweet with it. I'd love to hear that! Keep up the good work man.
