Kpop idols, like regular people, have a large circle of close friends with whom they may talk and confide about their lives and profession. Many idols from various groups and companies in Kpop are still in close contact with one another. Despite the fact that there is a lot of information to the contrary, SM prohibits its artists from forming friends with singers and groups from YG's competitor company. However, when multiple photographs indicate the reverse, this does not appear to be the case.
