@@BestBoi8 Tbf it’s literally only two frames so it’d loop regardless essentially, especially so if you end on frame 2 cuz then it just starts on frame 1 😭 The song looping however, the effort is worth so ty OP 🥹 (Edit: Maybe there’s an in between frame, sometimes I see one sometimes I don’t, but mainly there’s only 2 key frames so looping the animation is quite automatic fmpov)

some people say this makes them think of spamton in his prime. i disagree. this makes me think of a future in which spamton never fell off. he stayed a prominent salesperson, and this is his happy ending. he enters the new age of the internet with grace and becomes "hip" updating his shop with comfy atmosphere and sleek new visuals. when deltarune ends in thirty years, i want a moment like this to be part of the happy ending. like in undertale's credits, spamton gets a happy ending where he's a big shot again and sells real wares.

Actually, I think hip shop is in B minor while dial tone is in B major! It’s still a weird coincidence, as I would’ve thought B minor would be better for dial tone due to minors being more “sad” and dissonant. It feels like dial tone would be calling back to a happier time, to when spamton was a major big shot, but trying to glue back the pieces of that time. But sadly, no matter how much glue you use to fix a broken vase, there’ll always be something wrong with it.
This gives both 90’s vibes and mystical vibes, I think that dinging bell esc sound at 0:19 reminds me of the devourer of gods theme from calamity (in terraria) which is where the mystic godly vibe comes from
That bell sound is actually the same soundfont (so it's the exact same instrument used in both DELTARUNEs "hip shop" and the DOG theme from calamity mod.) which is kinda funny considering the tonal difference between the two songs.
dialtone is derivative of the circus which is derivative of the freedom motif which has a small part thats exactly gaster's theme but also circus is in a different time signature
