dumb question, but, - does 'risk' equal the amount of money you would be willing to lose' per trade in drawdown if it goes against you? ie: 'up to perhaps 2% of your account' per trade? or, does it (2%) mean the dollar amount of your account that is being used +( plus the margin added by the broker) , to make the lot sizes you are using per trade? ( ie: $21 needed in your account / .01 lots on the EUR/USD)?
